Orders that have not been shipped within 3 days from the order date
Similar to Last Order
If the order is identical to your last order placed
Incorrect Order Placement
Orders placed by mistake or with incorrect information
Quantity Discrepancy
If received product differs in quantity from what was ordered
Not Eligible for Cancellation
Shipment Assigned Orders
Once a shipment has been assigned to a logistics partner, cancellation is not possible
Custom or Special Orders
Plants or planters that have been specially prepared or customized as per request
Cancellation Process
Step 1: Request Cancellation
Email us at contact@chedikadai.com or call (+91)-88077 99821 with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Step 2: Verification
Our team verifies eligibility based on order status and shipping timeline.
Step 3: Confirmation & Refund
If eligible, we confirm cancellation and initiate refund within 5-7 business days.

Important Note
All refund requests require verification through images/videos as specified below. Please keep the packaging and product until verification is complete.
Damaged Replacement Plant
If the replacement plant arrives damaged, you're eligible for a refund upon providing:
- Photo of the replacement plant in its temporary pot
- Clear images showing the damage
Incorrect Items Received
If you receive incorrect item(s), you're entitled to a full refund after verification.
- Photos of all received items
- Order confirmation for verification
Missing Items or Empty Box
If items are missing or you receive an empty box, we require:
- Video of the entire unboxing process
- Photos of all packaging materials
Return to Origin (RTO)
If item(s) are marked as RTO for any reason, you're eligible for a full refund.
- Courier tracking screenshot
- Communication with our support team
Delivery Status Discrepancy
If you haven't received items but the courier marked them as delivered:
- Report to support within 7 days
- Courier verification will be initiated
- Provide delivery address confirmation
- Any delivery proof from your end
